The Company mainly manufactures 1300 sets of equipment through its internationally advanced production line, with an annual production capacity of more than 30,000 medium- and high-end luxury buses. The complete product mix consists of 8 series and more than 140 categories, covering road bus, urban bus,school bus and light bus, from 5.5-meter light bus to 18-meter high-end luxury bus.

 In the past five years, the production and sales indicators of this Company have grown in excess of 25% annually.

 Associate Business partners-Business Development and Sale executive Director (Corporate Market, family office and HNWIS)

 Job Summary

  • The Business Development Manager’s primary remit is to generate revenue for Smartpis essentially via the selling of corporate membership and marketing partnership services to targeted institutions.
  • Through in-depth research, proactively generating leads & networking, the Business Development Manager will act as a Brand Ambassador and initial point of contact for potential corporate ‘bulk selling’ of memberships, white-labelling initiatives and strategic corporate marketing partnerships in Paris (FRANCE ).
  • The measurement of success for this role is the revenue generated from acquisition of reactive and proactive corporate clients, and retention and upsell of existing clients for the local office.
  • Own  the important parts of  clients address books ( Corporate, family office or HNWIS)

Main duties & responsibilities to include but not limited to:   

Corporate Business Development and sale

  • Acting as the sales person for Corporate Business Development initiatives in  Paris (FRANCE), exceeding stipulated sales targets;
  • Proactively identify, call and meet with prospective Corporate Members and follow up accordingly: communicating with them by phone, email and meeting in person;
  • Assisting in building a strong sales network in Europe (FRANCE) and the rest of the world  ; collecting information from social functions, private events, existing contacts, etc;
  • Manage the preparation of Corporate Membership presentations with support from the various functional support and leadership teams;
  • Managing the Corporate Business Development Pipeline for Paris (FRANCE).
  • Maintaining important points of contact with existing corporate members – alongside the Corporate Servicing team;
  • Assisting with the organization of events that relate to the corporate customer base;

Other

  • Exhibiting persistent drive and energy to operate the Corporate Market - with a view to expand into international  role, depending on performance;
  • Communicating leads and opportunities within  Smartpis ,  which will benefit other areas of the operation;
  • Creating and updating  Smartpis Sales presentations/templates for further use by all;
  • Promoting the exclusive nature and the up-market image of Smartpis on all appropriate occasions, especially externally, selectively ensuring that focus is maintained on the target market at all times.

  • This person  has to lead  the teams of sales and marketing departments (as minimum 10 persons in 2 years coming )
  • Capacity to sell  these products :

      1. Premium services ( Rental serviced : luxury  office ,  prestigious space events , exclusive experience clients VIP, luxury accommodation  

      (Palace  hotels ) and   art investment selling ) : Minimum  of Turn-over per year  : 3.000.000 €

      2. Consultancy in financial arena: Minimum of Turn-over per year: 2.000.000 €

      3. Sourcing Real estate and prestigious transportation services: Minimum of Turn-over per year: 60.000.000 €

  • This position will be convenient for the person in which is available immediately to start to work and is expecting to join the startup company and be part of executive team members as associate business partner.
  • This person should have an entrepreneur mindset
  • No any salary pay for the first 3 months.
  • To be member of  Smartpis associate business  partner , it needs to bring  some parts of cash  amount in  capital (20% of current asset )
  • European Citizen nationality
  • Accept to realize the short trip if  necessary  in Europe and the rest  of the world
  • Note  : we are looking for 2  associate  business partners  depending on their experiences

  

Experience sought:

  • Work background in any of the following sectors/areas: Sales, Recruitment, Blue Chip Companies (Fortune 500), Customer Service, Lifestyle and or Account Management, Hospitality, luxury travel & leisure, Commercial development in financial consulting, art investment advisory and luxury transports services
  • Experienced handling of executives, senior executives, VIP’s, personalities, celebrities, persons of social standing.
  • In-depth understanding of requirements involved in the lifestyle management of affluent, HNWIS.
  • Global contact address book spanning all major industries (HR, PR, Media, Finance, Hospitality & Travel Tourism, Real Estate,  macenat foundations of companies,worthy suppliers).
  • Possess a minimum of 10 years Corporate Sales experience in particular to the private/retail banking and financial services sector, luxury brands marketing community, and institutions representing HNW and UHNWs.
