Smartpis delivers works worldwide through specialized carriers.

 The artist or gallery is responsible for delivering the works of art to the customer after the collection of funds no later than 5 working days.

The customer will receive the works of art at the latest 7 working days after the sending.

The costs of deliveries and other charges relating to this operation will be borne by the customer.

The work is insured during transport, so there is no risk for you.

Return of works of art – ART

Return of works of art 1_ ART: EURO ZONE (Olga + Petroff + Zenaken + Line C)

Galleries or artists and their clients have their residents in the Euro zone. The return of works of art is possible 14 days after the delivery date

The costs of deliveries and other charges relating to this operation will be borne by the customer.

The product must be in good condition.

Smartpis will take 100 € before tax for the return of works of art

Return of works of art 2_ART: TURKEY (DIDEM)

The artist or the  gallery that resides outside the euro zone. It does not accept return of works of art except for cases of force majeure.

The costs of deliveries and other charges relating to this operation will be borne by the customer.

The product must be in good condition.

Smartpis will take 100 € before tax for the return of works of art

Return of works of art 3_ART: CHINA

The artist or the  gallery that resides outside the euro zone. It does not accept return of works of art except for cases of force majeure.

The costs of deliveries and other charges relating to this operation will be borne by the customer.

Payment Terms – ART

 Payment will be made after the purchase order made payable to Smart Personal Investments Services (Smartpis).

 The invoice and authentication piece certified by the artist or gallery will be sent to the customer and Smartpis

The customer shall bear all costs of delivery, customs or other charges related to this operation.

Payment is made after validation of the order form by bank transfer to the order of Smart Personal Investments Services
